
Rita L - Emotional Wellness Coach
Rita is a Certified Yoga Teacher with special training in Trauma-informed practices, providing her the ability to offer a safe space for physical and emotional release, healing, and regulation. She is also a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, having completed a special mind-training program with deep focus on awareness and mindfulness, providing her the ability to offer effective ways for how to manage some of our most challenging times. Rita is also a former educator for children.
After many years of professional and personal development trainings for experiences such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress-related and diet-related autoimmune issues, Rita acquired several transferable skills which provided her with the knowledge and ability to achieve goals on effectively managing these areas with a holistic approach; allowing new doors for breakthroughs to transformation.
She developed a passion to take the path she has navigated and use it as a gift to help guide others. By connecting one-on-one with her clients, Rita can help each one discover that surviving and beating the odds is indeed achievable, providing life-changing experiences.
